This report has been prepared under the guidance of Col. H.K. Roberts, administrative director, and members of the Federal commission, with the collaboration of many individuals who contributed to the observance of the 350th anniversary and to the permanent benefits of scholarly endeavor and area development which the anniversary inspired.
